SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note that order processing times are different from the shipping times presented during the order phase.
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the receipt of the order confirmation email. When we ship the order, you will receive a notification.
Farmhaus is not responsible for any delays due to high order volumes or postal service issues, which are beyond our control.
NATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
The shipping rates for the order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
LOCAL PICKUP
You can avoid shipping costs with free local pickup at Farmhaus, Via Giacinto Gigante 35A 80128 Naples NA Italy. After you place your order and select local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 5-7 business days. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with the instructions.
Our local pickup hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM, on Thursday and Friday. When you come to pick up your order, please ensure you have the confirmation email with you.
HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive your order within 15 days from the receipt of the shipping confirmation email, you can contact us at info@farmhaus.it specifying your name and order number, and we will carry out the necessary checks.
SHIPPING TO PO BOXES
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Please refer to our Refunds and Returns policy for more information.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery in case of unused items in their original condition and refund the full amount of the order, minus the return shipping costs, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please inform us as soon as possible at info@farmhaus.it by sending the order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
